  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Operate Ecommerce shops on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by providing accurate and timely answers
  • Work closely within defined SOPs to deliver highest standard of customer support and satisfaction
  • Managing customer support via Marketplace and Ecommerce sites using phone, email and online chat in a professional manner
  • Maintain high store and marketplace ratings and reviews through excellent customer service
  • Operations
  • Responsible for daily e-commerce order processing and fulfilment for different client brands using Ecommerce software and Marketplace tools
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Ecommerce, Marketing, Logistics and Finance) to ensure timely communication
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Assist Ecommerce Executive with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with monthly reporting to management and client

Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Ability to work Monday – Saturday 5.5 days (5 Days On Site)
  • Comfortable and confident to communicate with all types of customers and partners
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong drive to solve customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Resourceful and able to find answers and work independently
  • Detailed oriented and hands on is a must
