Job Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance & Facilities Management

  • Oversee the overall maintenance of KLGCC’s buildings, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment, infrastructure, and essential services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of building conditions, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance works, ensuring timely completion and quality service.
  • Manage projects such as renovations, refurbishments, and asset enhancement to improve facility standards and member experience.

Housekeeping Management

  • Oversee the housekeeping operations across the club, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage housekeeping contracts, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Handle contracts related to housekeeping and building maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors, managing procurement, contract negotiations, and service evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any performance-related issues with vendors.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Possess minimum A0 level, Chargeman Certificate
  • Malaysian only
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and housekeeping management, preferably in hospitality, clubs, or commercial buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and contract management.
  • Experience in handling vendors and contractors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in facility operations.
