- Create and manage ads across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).

- Design and update product graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement social media strategies.
Promotions and Cost Management:
- Plan and execute promotional activities for e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Track and calculate the associated costs of campaigns and promotions, ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with the finance team for budget management and cost analysis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor trends and competitor (online) activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of online sales conversion metrics and cost-per-conversion calculations.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software.
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
