E-commerce Management:

  • Create and manage ads across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Write and update compelling product descriptions.
  • Design and update product graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in and manage campaigns, tracking key metrics such as conversions and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings and pricing to improve sales performance.

Social Media & Digital Advertising:

  • Develop, create, and manage social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), including graphics, videos, and ad copy.
  • Analyze ad performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement social media strategies.

Promotions and Cost Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities for e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Track and calculate the associated costs of campaigns and promotions, ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for budget management and cost analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trends and competitor (online) activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of online sales conversion metrics and cost-per-conversion calculations.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software.
  • Ability to create engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand voice.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
