  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Student Recruitment

  • Counsel and advise students & parents on local and overseas study option.
  • Follow up student enquiries, applications and acceptance constantly.
  • Assist student and parents on course applications, study visa submission and accommodation arrangement.
  • Maintain and update the student database.
  • Maintain proactive and and build positive relationship with students and/or parents.

Marketing and Events

  • Plan, organize, document and execute online and offline (physical) events within the budget.
  • Participate in both online and offline (physical) events.
  • Execute company marketing plans and identify new marketing segments.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to guide decision-making.

Public Relations

  • Liaise with school and college counselor on courses available at local and overseas institutions as well as the application process.
  • Visit to schools, colleges, universities to gain more information an knowledge on how to promote the institutions.
  • Serve as a liaison for local channel partners.

Other Responsibilities

  • Attend to administrative functions and manage daily office routine work.
  • Attend to other relevant tasks as requested by the company.
  • Attend to inquiries after office hour.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 2-3 years working experience as education consultant.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferable)
  • Able to work independently and with least supervision
  • Outgoing & present personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills
  • Willing to travel, both in local and in overseas
  • Knowledge in Social Media and Online Marketing tools is an added advantage
  • Customer friendly and service-oriented
