
Marketing Communications Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Rednote, and Google.
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage online reviews (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.) and respond appropriately.
- Track social media analytics and insights to optimize content performance.
Content Creation & Photography
- Oversee and coordinate food photography and videography for social media, advertisements, and website.
- Work with external photographers or create in-house content.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and messaging.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute restaurant events, festivals, and collaborations to attract new and returning customers.
- Identify and work with KOLs/influencers to promote the restaurant.
- Assist in planning special promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Website & Online Presence
- Update and manage the restaurant’s website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
- Optimize Google My Business and SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
Advertising & Marketing Strategy
- Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Executive to take charge of our brand’s digital presence, social media strategy, event planning, and overall marketing initiatives. As the sole marketing team member, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact, working closely with the Executive Assistant, General Manager, and Restaurant Manager to bring our marketing vision to life.
Requirements
- Education must possess at least Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or F&B marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills in English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Rednote trends.
- Basic photography/videography skills or experience working with creative teams.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of Google My Business, SEO, and online reputation management.
- Creative Mindset with Strong Attention to Detail and Brand Storytelling.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
