In 2024, FullCryo established its Malaysia branch in Kuala Lumpur. The main business is air separation equipment for industrial production such as oxygen, nitrogen and argon, EPCC and trading business in Malaysia.We are a leading industrial gas solutions provider, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and supply of advanced industrial gases & cryogenic equipment. Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a key player in the global industrial gas market. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Development Manager to drive our business growth in Southeast Asia.

At present, FullCryo has two EPCC projects of PETRONAS, HRC (previous Shell) air separation plants in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute market strategies for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the region.

Promote and sell our range of industrial gas solutions, including:

Cryogenic air separation units (for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton, xenon)

PSA/VPSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption/Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) systems

Hydrogen generation and liquefaction equipment

CO₂ recovery and carbon capture solutions

Industrial gas storage and filling equipment

Gas transportation vehicles

Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.

Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay updated on market trends and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience, better in industrial gas, chemical, or related fields.

Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Technical background in engineering or related fields is preferred.
