We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team and elevate our clients’ social media presence. You’ll bring your expertise in social strategy, content creation, and community management to the table, helping us craft compelling narratives and execute campaigns that resonate with audiences across all social media platforms. This role will offer you a mix of creative freedom, tactical implementation and project management, and you’ll gain valuable experience working across integrated marketing channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies that align with clients’ overall brand objectives, driving engagement, awareness, and conversions.
  2. Content Planning: Hands-on role in content planning and curation for social media platforms (TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn / XHS / X) ensuring messaging and content is consistent, on-brand, and effective in reaching target audiences.
  3. Platform Management: Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  5. Client Management: Act as principle point of contact between the agency and our clients. Work closely with clients on a daily basis to understand their goals, manage expectations and deadlines, providing solutions and ensuring strategies and content meet their needs while providing regular updates and performance insights
  6. Trendspotting and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media features, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns that keep our clients at the forefront of digital marketing.
  7. Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing strategies, including paid media, PR, events and creative campaigns.
  8. New Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the agency by assisting with social media pitches and proposals for potential clients.
