Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage ad buying and drive online sales for Online Store. This role requires hands-on experience in META Ads and Shopify analytics to optimize campaigns and grow e-commerce revenue. You will also explore new digital marketing tools and support with expansion into new markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ad Buying, Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize META Ads to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Analyze performance data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to refine strategies.
- Support advertising video production by proposing content ideas based on data dashboard.
2. E-Commerce & Shopify Management
- Oversee brand online store, ensuring efficient ad spend and sales growth.
- Plan and execute monthly promo activities across the full-stack of digital marketing channels (META, Shopify website, Email Marketing)
- Track digital health metrics (ad spend, conversion rates, and customer behavior) using Shopify analytics and Google Analytics.
- Present monthly performance reports on MEDICOS Online Store & META Ads to the management team.
3. Digital Strategy & Expansion
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok conversion) and automation tools to improve acquisition and retention.
- Support expansion into SEA markets through market research and digital strategy.
- Be curious and stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes, advising on new opportunities.
