  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Handle the full spectrum of Shipping and Logistics functions for the Company
  • Responsible to coordinate logistics operation activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Planning, managing, and coordinating tasks involving transportation activities for local deliveries
  • Manage international import and export shipments, preparation of all documentation according to the requirements and in compliance with local Authorities
  • Ensure Company’s shipments are always in compliance with local governmental regulations, Customs requirements, and other relevant laws.
  • Understand the local HS codes and import regulations of each country and ensure compliance.
  • Good Knowledge of Certificate of Origin (COO).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing reliable and efficient logistics services via vendors.
  • Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or customer complaints promptly.
  • To liaise with forwarding agents and all government bodies on export/import permit applications.
  • To perform customs clearance for import and export shipment.
  • Resolve any problems arising or complaints pertaining to logistics matters.
  • Minimum Diploma level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in logistics and shipping, preferably in freight forwarding.
  • Experienced in preparing complete set of shipping documents with high level of details-oriented.
  • Strong Writing and Communication Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of shipping & customs procedures and regulations, and import/export legal and documentation requirements.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Report Writing Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
