1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, residential, and industrial) for cleaning services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor payment collections and assist in resolving payment issues.

4. Marketing & Networking:

  • Participate in business networking events, trade shows, and industry-related exhibitions.
  • Promote the company’s services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
