Accounting:

  • Assist in accounts receivable/ payables
  • Processing & issuing of invoices and payments
  • Maintaining accounting records
  • Assisting with tasks like payroll or tax preparation
  • To update monthly ageing report.
  • Assist day to day operations of accounting record & filing

    Administration:

    • Answering phones and emails
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Preparing reports and presentations
    • Managing office supplies and equipment
    • Providing support to other staff members
    • Maintaining of documents & records (e.g insurance, roadtax, tenancy agreements)
    • To assists / perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or any equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate / candidate with at least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
