Accountant

Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying information schedules.
Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions with focus on accuracy of transactions and internal controls.
Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports, monthly bank, inter-company and accounts payables reconciliation.
Check, review, monitor and reconcile all collections and related treasury functions.
Prepare invoices, billing, expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and cashflow preparation when required.
Financial audit preparations.
Liaise with external auditor, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and other regulatory authorities, etc.
Performing other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors.
