  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and other documentation required by management.
  • Support payroll processing by preparing and maintaining relevant employee records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and auditors.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working towards an accounting qualification).

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous but not required.
