  • Responsible for all bookkeeping related tasks - daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Process supplier invoices and verify accuracy
  • Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations to match transactions with financial records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Assist in processing employee payroll.
  • Assist in preparing tax filings (VAT, GST, income tax, etc.).
  • Help in the preparation of financial reports for audits.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide support during financial audits by preparing necessary documents.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documents.
  • Handle office-related tasks, such as correspondence and filing.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software
  • Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in similar position will be an advantage
  • Strong Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Excel
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principal
  • Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills to complete task on time
