- Responsible for all bookkeeping related tasks - daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process supplier invoices and verify accuracy
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in bank reconciliations to match transactions with financial records.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports.
- Assist in processing employee payroll.
- Assist in preparing tax filings (VAT, GST, income tax, etc.).
- Help in the preparation of financial reports for audits.
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide support during financial audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain organized financial records and documents.
- Handle office-related tasks, such as correspondence and filing.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software
- Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar position will be an advantage
- Strong Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Excel
- Knowledge of Accounting Principal
- Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills to complete task on time
