- Client Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential corporate clients via phone to introduce and promote IT training solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Handle the entire sales process, from cold calling and lead qualification to proposal presentation and contract closure.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and repeat business opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Follow-up & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, track progress, and ensure follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- 【MUST】
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- At least 1 year telemarketing or inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Be able to take responsibility for the entire flow from Tell Marketing to the conclusion of the contract with the client.【Advantage】
- Experience working in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of IT certifications and training programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
