  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation and filings to support all accounting entries.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
  • Ensure timely and accurate report submission.
  • Handle inter/intra departmental, customers and vendors’ queries on the daily financial transaction activities via phone, email and physical meetings
  • Ensure day to day accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, cheques processing, journal, general ledger functions
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to learn, a responsible person, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good computer skills mainly in Ms Excel and Words.
  • Analytical and attention to details.
  • Working experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
