- Assist in preparing invoices and other business documents.
- Help manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & XHS).
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handle phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma or above qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Computer Skills.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills in Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong Multitasking Skills.

- Willing to travel for outstation assignments.
