  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems with efficiency.
  • Credit Applicants: Assist in writing credit papers, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare, review, and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
  • Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and custom reports as required by the company.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information to excel.
  • Inter-Departments Liaison: Work closely with other functions to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, experience in writing credit papers would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
