- Create sales and follow up on existing/prospect for business.
- Receive, making call and follow-up on all in-bound and outbound calls enquiries for SGS testing, inspection, certification, training, and related consultancy prospects.
- Maintain and develop growth of Kep Accounts.
- Ensure monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded.
- Meet and achieve monthly sales target set by the Company
- Anticipate, identify and understand client’s needs; pains and translate into sales opportunities.
- Timeliness and accuracy in handling business enquiries.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of all SGS services, ensuring full range of SGS services are presented to clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Forward potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate.
- Prepare, arrange and co-ordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars and etc.as necessary.
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
