Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using SQL software, able to read in both Chinese and English, and highly experienced in handling full set accounts. This role requires managing a full spectrum of accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance department in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full set of accounts, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Use SQL software for data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax filing processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide timely reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Handle other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in SQL software.
  • Must be fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in handling full set accounts.
  • Payroll accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
