- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years at the store manager level or above.
- Experience in managing chain stores, with a proven track record of leading multiple stores to achieve performance improvement.
- Familiar with retail industry sales, inventory, finance, and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.
- Data analysis skills, capable of optimizing operations and inventory management based on sales data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage collaboration between multiple stores.
