Job Responsibility
• To build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• To implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display, E-Commerce).
• To manage and maintain the companyâs owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
• To manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• To manage social media marketing campaigns.
• To manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic).
• To manage SEO campaigns.
• To set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
• To Conduct research on market trends, brandâs audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
• To analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• To stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
• To conceptualize, design, develop layout & production of all Marketing materials such as brochures, bunting, advertisement, product packaging, power point presentation, collateral materials, visual aids, promotion tools such as newsletter, web banners, flash media, Content Creator and etc when necessary.
Job Requirements
• Must possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication / Digital technologies or relevant field.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with web design.
