  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Follow up on customer payments, prepare payment documents, and ensure invoices match accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts with customers, promptly following up and resolving any issues.
  • Verify transaction details to ensure transparent and accurate accounts.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding accounts and provide clear billing details.

Assist Senior Accountant

  • Help organize month-end closing documents and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly reports.
Banking Tasks
  • Handle daily banking transactions such as transfers, checks, and bank statements.
Document Filing
  • Ensure all financial documents are well-organized for easy future reference or audits.
Support Audit Process
  • Help prepare materials needed for audits and collaborate with auditors.
