Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/buyers/live selling agencies
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and grow revenue from key accounts.
- Prepare reports and track key account performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG/ retail, e-commerce, or live selling industries).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with retailers.
- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Experience working with retailers, buyers, or live selling agencies is a plus.
