Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/buyers/live selling agencies
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and grow revenue from key accounts.
  • Prepare reports and track key account performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG/ retail, e-commerce, or live selling industries).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with retailers.
  • Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Experience working with retailers, buyers, or live selling agencies is a plus.
