We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and business goals. You will be responsible for concept development, design execution, and content creation across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative Development & Execution
    a) Develop, design and execute creative campaigns, advertisements, marketing & promotional materials ensuring they align with business objectives and engage target audiences.
    b) Track the performance of creative campaigns and make adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
  2. Collaboration & Coordination
    a) Work closely with the designers, photographer, videographer and other creative teams to ensure creative assets align with company branding and campaign goals.
    b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and ensure alignment with creative strategies.
    c) Develop, implement, and manage marketing partnerships with other brands and influencers. This includes identifying potential collaborators, negotiating agreements, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize future collaborations.
  3. Branding & Consistency
    a) Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and enhances the company's visual identity across various platforms.
    b) Maintain consistency in design, messaging, and creative strategy across digital and traditional media.
  4. Project Management & Execution
    a) Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
    b) Provide creative input and feedback to optimize campaign performance.
    c) Stay up to date with the latest design/industry trends and marketing technologies to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative, advertising or marketing role.
  • Strong graphic design and content creation skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout design skills.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date social media trends, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design and creative work will be an advantage.
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design is an advantage.
