Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit talented real estate agents who share our values and vision.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our current agents to keep them engaged and enthusiastic about working with us.
- Educate agents about our projects and how they can benefit their clients.
- Provide agents with the tools and training they need to succeed and sell more projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.
- Analyze agents' performance data and come up with creative ways to help them improve and grow.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract even more talented agents to our team.
- Assist in creating marketing plans that include digital marketing, advertising, social media, and events.
- Proactively assist in identifying new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Help coordinate sales launches and events, providing support to real estate agents and addressing sales inquiries via various communication channels.
