  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Onboard customers from the moment they sign-up until their first transaction. Help them go through sign up, account verification and account setup.
  • Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders (compliance, product, marketing, etc) to facilitate onboarding customers.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all client records are compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulatory standards in a timely fashion.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in onboarding and customer success.
  • Analytical and proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills. Communication is clear, concise, and professional.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts (including weekends).
  • Need to work experience in KYC OR AML.
  • 5 working days - Rotational Shift

  • Willing relocate work in George Town, Pulau Penang.
