  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including handling all private secretarial duties, personal and administrative tasks, as well as confidential matters.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Conduct research and data tabulation to assist CEO and/or the team in preparing reports, meeting documents and/or presentation materials
  • Remind and follow up with the managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Assist the CEO in entertaining clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, and private matters with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Follow up and report to the CEO on urgent matters and issues raised during meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, and external parties.
  • Organize internal & external events, and other needs as requested.
  • Undertake special projects & assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in both English & Mandarin as role requires to deal with mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • High sense of urgency and able to turnaround tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-disciplined, good time management and resourceful in resolving daily or ad-hoc tasks in dynamic situations.
  • Intermediary skill in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity & trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all time with care.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Window, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software applications.
  • Able to work in Batu Caves, Selangor.
