Position Responsibilities
- Prompt reporting to superior and keeps them informed on all department issues & project updates.
- Plan, execute, and follow up training modules organized for Operation teams.
- Conduct theory and practical classes on onboarding, customer service, and coffee knowledge training in line with company policy/ SOP.
- Perform in-house training via online and physical class.
- Develop & maintain training materials and contribute to enhance training modules.
- Organize training invitations and collect feedback from the training conducted.
- Develop & maintain spreadsheets or equivalent to streamline processes.
- Provide relevant knowledge & skills training up to District Manager level.
- Involved direct and indirectly with other related departments (eg: Product, QA , Supply Chain) to get the latest updates for training material preparation.
- Arrange external training to support Operation Management Team (eg: Food Handling Certificate).
- Initiates, organizes & handles coffee related projects in the learning & development department.
- Oversees & verifies coffee related material & trainings to ensure relevance & accuracy of content.
- Responsible for developing beverage equipment & product related training material.
- Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other special projects/tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
