
Training and Growth Specialist
As a Training & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for leading training programs that enhance merchant adoption and enable external sales teams and partners to effectively promote EasyStore’s unified solution. Your role will be instrumental in developing learning materials, designing structured training programs, and delivering high-impact training sessions through webinars, workshops, and live events.
Additionally, you will serve as EasyStore’s speaker at industry events, presenting our vision, product, and success stories with confidence and professionalism. Your ability to engage audiences and educate them on EasyStore’s value proposition will contribute to business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Training (Merchant Onboarding & Nurturing)
- Design and execute onboarding and training programs to educate new and existing merchants on EasyStore’s solutions.
- Develop learning materials, guides, and resources to enhance user adoption.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and live training sessions to support merchants in maximizing EasyStore’s potential.
External Training (Sales Enablement)
- Train external sales teams and partners (ToT - Train the Trainer) on effectively selling EasyStore’s unified solution.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs that align with business goals.
- Ensure sales representatives fully understand EasyStore’s unique selling points, features, and customer pain points.
Public Speaking & Representation
- Represent EasyStore as a Unified Commerce subject matter expert at industry events, workshops, and partner collaborations.
- Present EasyStore’s vision, product offerings, and success stories to various audiences.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance to uphold EasyStore’s brand image.
Content & Syllabus Development
- Independently design training syllabuses and materials tailored to different audiences.
- Continuously update training content based on product updates, industry trends, and merchant needs.
- Measure and refine training effectiveness through feedback collection and iteration.
