  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will responsible for managing servers, networks, and cloud services, while also assisting end-users with IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux-based systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and security to ensure stable operations.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Support network configuration, including IP settings, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setup.
  • Assist in system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance.
  • Help with data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
  • Respond to helpdesk/support requests and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Work with senior administrators to improve IT infrastructure and security.
