  • Oversee daily operations of brand stores on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events to maximize sales.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Generates sales report, analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, discounts, and bundling to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content, creative assets, and brand positioning to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Resolve and monitor operational and logistics issues in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing team is a plus.
  • Trilingual (including Mandarin for international clients) is an advantage.
