  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responsible for receiving customer order information and following up on the order processing progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify order data to ensure accuracy, and handle any issues that arise during order process.
  • Maintain good communication with customers, attend to inquiries, and manage customer relationship.
  • Seamlessly connect with platforms or other business systems through customer service system, updating order statuses in real-time to improve work efficiency.
  • Handle daily business sales orders, review, manage, and analyse order information, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer service, including order status inquiries, communication of out-of-stock issues, and any other sales related issues.
  • Candidate must at least posses a secondary level / SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, etc.
  • Enthusiastic and Proactive, Good at listening and possess strong Communication Skills.
