- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Responsible for receiving customer order information and following up on the order processing progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify order data to ensure accuracy, and handle any issues that arise during order process.
- Maintain good communication with customers, attend to inquiries, and manage customer relationship.
- Seamlessly connect with platforms or other business systems through customer service system, updating order statuses in real-time to improve work efficiency.
- Handle daily business sales orders, review, manage, and analyse order information, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer service, including order status inquiries, communication of out-of-stock issues, and any other sales related issues.
- Candidate must at least posses a secondary level / SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Relevant experience in Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, etc.
- Enthusiastic and Proactive, Good at listening and possess strong Communication Skills.
