About us
An established construction machinery rental/sale company specializing in tower crane, passenger hoist and material hoist with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong/Macau, Indonesia looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter and update details into systems.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of entered data.
· Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, files, and documents in an efficient manner.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow.
· Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phones and addressing inquiries.
· Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications & Experience
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be preferred
· Self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
