- Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare to send and store invoices.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial, income and cash flow statements accordingly.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with the external accountant for the annual tax submission.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, operations, human resources, and store to manage budgets and costs.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong Communication and Writing Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software (InfoTech or other equivalent) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and Problem-solving Skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Capable of working independently, highly organized, and a self-starter.
