- Project Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a high-level project management strategy to ensure the successful execution of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes projects from inception to completion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership and Team Management – Lead, direct, and manage project teams, including designers, production staff, and installation teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Working with high-profile clients, architects and developers to provide strategic guidance and ensure that client expectations are met with superior quality and service.
- Budgeting, Cost Control, and Profitability – Oversee project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization – Develop and refine project workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management – Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Supply Chain & Supplier Coordination – Manage procurement strategies, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and oversee material logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Certificates / Vocational / Diploma is required.
- At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, or interior renovation project management.
- Proficient in Mandarin is preferred (communicate effectively with customers in a timely manner).
- Proficiency in using project management software to review and revise designs (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Excellent Leadership, Communication and Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Great Attention to Detail and the ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
