Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frame
  • Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Company
  • Build long term relationship with all business partners
  • Collaborate well with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate and to provide resolutions to business partners’ queries as required
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager
  • Represents Country Manager in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acts as the liaison between Country Manager and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
  • Participates with the Country Manager and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Adheres to and has knowledge of all company policies and procedures
  • Deploys team members as required to meet business demands and works with Country Manager on necessary staffing decisions
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective operations and overall operations of the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or the equivalent experience

  • Strong bias for action. Works very fast
