To lead and be a member of the Internal Halal Committee, ISO9001, GMP and HACCP. Ensure that all outlets and central kitchen adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Monitor restaurant and kitchen daily activities to ensure all process compliance with food and restaurant health and safety regulations and sanitation requirements set by MOH. Responsible for managing halal and other certifications related documentation and records, and the application and renewal for Malaysian Halal Certification and other compliances certification. Responsible for ensuring that the Halal Assurance System manual and other certifications manual is implemented effectively. Make verification on changes in raw materials, suppliers, products and processes as well as the Raw Material Master List.
