  • Handling various type of import, export and cross-trade shipments ranging from airfreight to sea freight to local transport delivery.
  • Handle shipments from booking stage till invoicing of customers before closing the job files.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties including customers and sales team to ensure smooth operation of shipments.
  • Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with rules and regulations.
  • Manage customer's expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders.
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
  • Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
  • Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
  • Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
  • SPM leavers with freight forwarding industry experience are encourage to apply.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
