- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, job transfers, regularization, and maintain employee records.
- Assist in recruitment tasks, including posting job positions, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, document filing, and records management.
- Draft and manage various company documents, including contracts, notifications, and announcements.
- Assist in managing employee relations, address employee inquiries, complaints, and drive improvements in employee satisfaction.
- Assist in payroll processing and related notifications.
- Organize and coordinate company training, team-building activities, and promote corporate culture.
- Maintain and update HR-related data, provide HR reports, and offer management support.
- Education level SPM or above.
- Experience at least 6 months of HR or administrative experience, with experience in small or medium-sized enterprises preferred.
- Familiar with HR management processes and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT) and HR management systems.
- *Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills.
- Personal Qualities: Responsible, detail-oriented, efficient, with strong teamwork and pressure-handling abilities.
