Job Description

-Act as trusted business partner and financial advisor to the sales team and together drive an improved financial understanding of the global Silent Sentinel business overall . Provide thought leadership, and fully understand the financial tools & structures.

-Drive financial rigor with respect to the CV and Long Range Planning cycles for orders, sales and margin. Improve overall forecast accuracy by teaming up with the sales, order management and supply chain, legal. To have input and help drive with the team the right forecasting numbers overall.

-Support regional tax, treasury, accounting and other support finance teams on compliance and various corporate finance matters.

-Be the focal point for FP&A requests both from international and US teams.

-In the future develop with guidance from the finance director and FP&A a fuller suite of reporting to help senior leaders to understand the overall Silent Sentinel business.

-In the future get involved with the commercial side of the business to help the team understand how the MSI approval process for new business works and to be part of that process. Training here will be provided.

Basic Requirements

-1 years+ experience performing a finance roles including experience in dealing with technology sales and solutions.

-Training towards a recognised accounting qualification or already qualified.

-Ability to business partner at with the sales teams and be comfortable both challenging as well as supporting the sales team.

-Quick learner and critical thinker, ability to manage and resolve problems.

-Attention to detail, able to see the bigger picture when it comes to analysis, ability to sense check own work.

-Strong communicator and effective in working across functions and in matrix environments.
