  • Compile feedback from users and agents, report to superiors promptly, and facilitate issue resolution and improvement.
  • Review user information and content to ensure compliance with platform regulations and maintain platform order.
  • Maintain communication with agents, establish good cooperative relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Possess sensitivity and skills in handling public opinion, effectively address various public opinion events, and uphold platform reputation.
  • Introduce the latest promotional activities to VIP clients, providing relevant information and advice
  • Able to work at office, Work Location: Intermark Mall, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Able to understand, read and speak in Mandarin and English.
  • Interview is using English as main language.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Diploma or above with at least one year of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with international clients.
  • Must be able to use Translator.
  • Strong customer service awareness, quick learner, and ability to grasp relevant business knowledge rapidly.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week, 24 hours rotation shift (9am-9pm)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
