  • At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or the food & beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of cost management, sales strategies, and restaurant business operations.
  • Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to the restaurant’s operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Experience in Minang cuisine or traditional Malay food is a plus.
