  • Manage the full set of accounts.
  • Provide outsourcing services, including bookkeeping, data entry (monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting services), SST submission, and payroll processing.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities by providing the required client accounting data.
  • Handle document filing, record-keeping, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist in verifying audit and tax queries for clients.
  • Closely follow up on outstanding issues and payments with clients.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
  • Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting firm is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage, as most clients are Mandarin-speaking.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing is preferred.
  • Proficient in accounting software, especially SQL.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
