- Manage the full set of accounts.
- Provide outsourcing services, including bookkeeping, data entry (monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting services), SST submission, and payroll processing.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities by providing the required client accounting data.
- Handle document filing, record-keeping, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in verifying audit and tax queries for clients.
- Closely follow up on outstanding issues and payments with clients.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting firm is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage, as most clients are Mandarin-speaking.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software, especially SQL.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
