- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various meats (beef, chicken, lamb, etc.) according to customer requests and business standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area to meet halal and food safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain butchery equipment, including knives, slicers, and grinders.
- Inspect and ensuring meat quality and freshness, discarding substandard product.
- Package and label meat products accurately for display and customer orders.
- Assist customers by recommending cuts, cooking tips, and fulfilling special requests.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Follow safety protocols for handling sharp tools and heavy equipment / goods.

- Proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation (preferred or passionate is acceptable).
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with halal meat preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Good Interpersonal Skills and customer service oriented
