  • Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various meats (beef, chicken, lamb, etc.) according to customer requests and business standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area to meet halal and food safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain butchery equipment, including knives, slicers, and grinders.
  • Inspect and ensuring meat quality and freshness, discarding substandard product.
  • Package and label meat products accurately for display and customer orders.
  • Assist customers by recommending cuts, cooking tips, and fulfilling special requests.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
  • Follow safety protocols for handling sharp tools and heavy equipment / goods.
  • Candidate with any education is welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation (preferred or passionate is acceptable).
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Familiarity with halal meat preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and customer service oriented
