- Drive and accompany the director(s) to their required destinations safely and efficiently.
- Assist the director(s) with any tasks as needed.
- Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition, clean, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor or PAs to address any vehicle-related needs or follow director instructions.
- Collect and submit monthly records on fuel and e-Wallet usage.
- Understand the responsibilities and expectations of the driver role.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all work-related matters.
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil, tires, and general maintenance.
- Ensure proper storage and security of any personal items or confidential documents in the vehicle.
- Assist with loading/unloading items as required by the director(s).
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times, reflecting the company’s image.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while on duty.
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills in English.
- Good Driving Skills with strong knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations.
- Excellent Time Management Skills to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
- Willing and available to work overtime as required.
