
Store Manager
1. Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product performance and customer engagement.
- Set and monitor individual sales targets for team members.
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure a high standard of personalized and professional customer service.
- Handle escalated customer issues effectively.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.
4. Product Management
- Manage inventory, procurement, and product selection.
- Work with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store displays.
5. Store Operations
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Control expenses to maintain profitability.
6. Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing to drive traffic.
- Measure and optimize marketing efforts based on performance.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: 6 days/week, 7-9 hours/day (including weekends & holidays).
- Salary: RM 3,500 - 4,500 base + performance-based bonuses.
