- Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company / campaign goals.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Monitors and develops analysis reports on competitor social media activity.
- Regular KPI reporting.
- Degree in Marketing / Social Media or relevant discipline.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills.
- 1-2 years experience managing social media.
- Strong editorial and verbal skills.
- Ability to work flexible working patterns to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a talented team or on own initiative
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment
- A creative and energetic personality
