  • High-Volume Ad Deployment: Set up, launch, and manage 100+ ad variations per week across Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
  • Performance Testing & Iteration: Conduct systematic A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and placements, ensuring data-driven optimization.
  • Real-Time Monitoring & Adjustments: Actively track ad performance throughout the day, making real-time decisions to turn ads on/off based on performance signals.

  • Education: Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–10 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social advertising, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, with a keen eye for trends and insights.
  • Fast Learner: Eager to learn, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization best practices.
  • Communication: Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required.
