- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries about the dishes.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Assist in preparing and packing takeaway or delivery orders.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
- Operate the cash register and process payments when required.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and cleaning the restaurant.
- No prior experience required, but experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic communication skills (Malay and/or English; other languages are a plus).
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
